Scottish Radio Holdings have reached an agreement with the Donegal Highland Radio group to acquire the entire issued share capital of the group and its holding company.
The transaction, which subject to verification is currently anticipated will be in the region of ?7 million, has been approved in principle by the Broadcasting Commission for Ireland and is conditional on the approval of the Republic of
Ireland Competition Authority, the Irish Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and upon satisfaction of certain other conditions relating to operational matters.
