Radio Clyde’s News and Sport coverage has been nominated for yet another prestigious award.

The way Radio Clyde broke the story of George Burley’s sensational sacking as Hearts Manager has put Radio Clyde on the shortlist for the Best Sports Coverage honour at the Independent Radio News Awards.

Radio Clyde is also in the running for the best newsreader gong for its Head of News, Russell Walker.

The awards will be presented at the Heads of News Conference in London on February 23rd.
