As previously reported on RadioToday.co.uk last month, Shropshire?s newest radio stations will be called ?The Severn?.
The stations will serve Oswestry and Shrewsbury, with each station being run separately on different frequencies, but will share the name of ?The Severn?. The stations will be hopefully up and running by late summer.
The Severn will broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the very heart of Shropshire with music, comprehensive news and weather, Live Travel reports, Sport and information for Shrewsbury and Oswestry. To latest information can found at the new website – http://www.thesevern.co.uk
