Studio Schemes expands its role

Studio Schemes has expanded its operation with two new divisions. Since being formed in 1996 they have built numourous studios in a large amount of UK radio stations, ranging from small independents to the BBC World Service.

Dave Wood told RadioToday.co.uk about the new development: “Over the past ten years we have been supplying additional client services both nationally and internationally and felt that we should formalize these additional services and give them specific identity and staff responsibility.”

Project Management Division ? for UK & Ireland clients requiring a full turnkey operation, covering all aspects including accommodation identification, space planning, a full build service, offices, staff facilities, studios, Hvac etc. etc.
NB. Studio Schemes do not undertake technical installation but can facilitate the service for clients

Acoustic Design & Consultancy Division ? Operating both nationally and internationally, supplying full studio design, drawings and construction detail, down to the last screw cup, for studios to be build by others. Internationally all items required are identified for local source or shipment from UK (door & window sets) Studio Schemes management oversee the construction process to ensure design specification by ?non acoustic skilled? operatives.
