Real Radio Wales have signed a one year deal with Sainsbury?s to sponsor the Drivetime show.
Starting today, the sponsorship will run in Steve Wiggins (Wiggy?s) show, which broadcasts live from 2pm to 6pm weekdays and attracts 211,000 adult listeners every week.
Commenting on the deal Tony Dowling, Sales Director of Real Radio said: ?I am delighted to welcome Sainsbury?s back onto the station?s weekday schedule, I have no doubt it will be the beginning of a long term partnership?.
In addition to the on-air activity, every Friday a feature called ?Aisle Be Back? will run between 2pm & 4pm, with ?Wiggy? asking listeners to text in what can be found in aisle X in a particular store for the opportunity to win ?105 in Sainsbury?s vouchers.
Complementing the on-air activity will also be online support in the form of a Sainsbury?s button on the Real Radio website.
