Manchester licence attracts 11

It's round two for the battle of Manchester with the 2nd licence available in as many years. Last time, a new licence for the City attracted 19 applications, this time there are 11 to choose from.

A number of repeat submissions have made it, including CN Group's City Life and Chrysalis's The Arrow. New contenders include Piccadilly Talk (Emap), Rock Talk (GMG) and Jack FM (Absolute Radio).
