BBC presenter goes missing

BBC Radio nan Gaidheal presenter Niall-Iain Macdonald has been missing for five days, police in the area have announced. Niall-Iain hosts the youth music show on the Isle of Lewis, and has been with the BBC since 1998. He was recently reported missing by his family after he failed to return home.

Niall-Iain was last seen in Stornoway around 10:30pm on 17th May. Stornoway police appealed for information and asked anyone who has seen Mr MacDonald since then to contact them.
