SIRIUS is to broadcast exclusive programming on Maxim Radio to celebrate the 2007 Maxim Hot 100. Coverage of the Hot 100 party will include a four-hour countdown show listing the sexiest women in the world later today (15th May). Guest interviews will include Eva Mendes and Avril Lavigne.
The following night on May 16, Maxim Radio’s afternoon duo Covino & Rich will be at the Hot 100 party in New York City for an exclusive live broadcast from the red carpet. Presenters Covino & Rich will interview celebrities and provide insider access to one of the "hottest parties of the year" – according to Maxim.
In other recent SIRIUS news, Mercedes-Benz plans to significantly increase the rate at which they install satellite radios in their vehicles to more than 80 percent for 2007, with plans to continue building to 90 percent for 2008 and over 90 percent by 2009. The growth in the installation rate far exceeds earlier estimates of 50 percent that were set less than two years ago.
