A BBC broadcaster who went missing over two weeks ago has been found safe and well, police have said. Niall Iain MacDonald, the host of a weekly youth music show on BBC Radio Nan Gaidheal disappeared from his home on the Isle of Lewis on May 17.
A police statement said: "Northern Constabulary are pleased to report that Niall Iain MacDonald has been traced safe and well.Niall Iain would like to apologise for any worry that he has caused and at this time would ask that his and his family's privacy is respected."
