BBC Radio 3 presenter Andy Kershaw has been given a suspended jail term after he admitted harassing his former partner. He received a three months sentence, suspended for 18 months for breaching a restraining order and driving under the influence of alcohol.
A Radio 3 spokeswoman told bbc.co.uk: "He is currently on a break from Radio 3 and we will be talking to him about his future in due course."
