David said he was delighted to be joining the board. "It’s been an exciting year here at Tindle Radio, we’ve done some amazing work developing our teams and working differently. I feel we’ve made some incredible steps forward within the region already and I look forward to the future, we’ve still got plenty to do.”
Mark Franklin, Tindle Radio Group Programme Director said: “This promotion is well deserved, David is a great programmer with a wealth of experience which will help drive the South Anglia region further over the coming months.” Lyn Long, Tindle Radio Group Operations Director said: “It’s great to work with David because he has such passion, enthusiasm and ability and he really understands what we need to achieve here. South Anglia is crucial to our regional strategy and it’s great to know it’s in the right hands.
One of his first tasks was to arrange a live OB for the six stations from the Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa in the Caribbean. Following a week of programmes coming live from the island, each of the stations will give-away a luxury all inclusive holiday of a lifetime to the Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa for one lucky winner & partner.
Mark Franklin said: “Whilst we operate very local radio services, this opportunity has allowed all 6 of our East Anglia stations to have a great prize & mechanic on the table for our listeners
