Capital 95.8 is running a promotion next week to support the DVD release of The Simpsons Movie on 10th December. The multi media deal with 20th Century Fox will give listeners the chance to win a VIP trip to Hollywood for a tour of the Fox Studios on Johnny Vaughan's breakfast show.
Alongside the on-air activity, The Simpsons Movie bus will visit 2 different London locations each day. Throughout the week at 12.00 James Cannon will announce a key word and direct listeners to the location of the bus. The first 100 people to arrive and say the key word will win a collection of limited edition Simpsons Movie memorabilia. Chris Brookes will repeat this at 2pm every day.
All the activity will be supported online with a page dedicated to the movie and the promotion. The page will include uploaded images of Welshy and the bus during the week.
The deal was conceived and negotiated by GCap Media’s Spice Account Manager Lauren Stone and Leela Chivers, Account Manager at Vizeum.
