Northsound teams with Vodafone

Emap's Northsound 1 and Vodafone are raising money to create a new garden centre for the Sue Ryder Care neurological centre in Kincorth. Following an appeal on-air for green-fingered small companies to come forward and help get the garden looking good again, locally based Outside Solutions stepped in. Vodafone donated £2,000 to help pay for tools and supplies.

Andrew Youngson, Sponsorship and Promotions Executive at Northsound, said: “Together with Vodafone, we are pleased to have been able to put Outside Solutions in touch with the Sue Ryder Care centre, whose gardens are now looking fantastic.”
Michael Hodgson, Sue Ryder Care’s Area Fundraising Manager for the North of Scotland, said the revamped gardens would make a huge difference to residents. She added: “We are very grateful to Northsound 1, Vodafone and Outside Solutions and are delighted with the results.”
