One-year-old Play Radio UK has announced an increase in audience figures, revealing an extra two million people have tuned in to the service since October. The company, not happy with 11 stations, is also said to be launching 'even more' services later this year.
Marcus Quilter, network manager said: "Having a fantastic variety of stations has proved to be the way forward as the increasing number of listeners shows. Internet users wanting to search for their preferred genre of music have found the Play Radio UK network has the largest single point offering of stations and keep coming back for more!.
"We already have plans to launch more stations this year” he said.
