Bosses at GCap Media have released a statement confirming they are considering Global Radio's latest offer of 225 pence per share. GCap's share price has increased by 16.25p to 204p, at midday today. A further is expected in due course, possibly later today from the company.
Ealier this morning Global Radio made an offer of 225 pence per share for GCap Media, thought to be their third and final offer for the company, at least for the next six months.
