Kim Wilde is joining national AM station Virgin Radio to host programmes across the Easter weekend schedule.
The pop idol, most famous for her single Kids In America will host the Friday and Saturday evening show, Virgin Radio Party Classics. She will be deputising for Spandau Ballet singer Tony Hadley who usually presents the shows.
"Kim is an absolute 80's icon and a sex kitten to boot." said Mark Bingham, Programme Manger at Virgin Radio, "She was at the top of the British pop scene touring with legends like Michael Jackson and David Bowie during that crazy decade – she has some amazing stories to tell."
