New Saturday schedule for LBC

Global Radio's LBC 97.3 has signed ex-Apprentice star Tre Azam to host his own programme on Saturday afternoons from 1 till 3pm

In other weekend changes, James Max, another ex-Apprentice star, moves from his early Saturday breakfast programme to present the morning show from 10am till 1pm whilst Katie Breathwick and Richard Mackney take over Saturday breakfast from 7 till 10am

Jonathan Richards, programme director, LBC 97.3, said: "Saturdays are all about fresh new talent – starting with a new partnership at breakfast, Katie Breathwick and the quirky Richard Mackney, followed by a new show from our rising star James Max and then a fellow ex-Apprentice, Tre Azam, who's never short of a word or five!"
