Although TLRC were unable to confirm the disposal the station, RadioToday.co.uk understands the sale has been agreed with a new consortium, but it will be several weeks until the deal is completed.
Dune FM, broadcasting to 208,000 adults, currently has its lowest reach, hours and market share since RAJAR methodology was changed in 1999.
