Simon Ross has been named as the new breakfast presenter at Bauer’s Radio City 96.7, taking over from Kev Seed who has been hosting the show for over 10 years.
Kev will move to drivetime, whilst Rick Vaughn will take over mid-mornings.
Simon Ross, who has also been with the station for a number of years, will be joined at breakfast by Radio Aire’s Katy Allerton, a former presenter on Juice FM.
The shake-up, the biggest at the station for a long time, is due to the departing of Glen Hunt and Scott Hughes to north west regional station Century Radio. They will double-head a new drivetime show starting in September.
