Forth first at the Fringe

Edinburgh's Radio Forth presented its first ever Fringe event on Saturday night, to a sell out crowd of 750 people.

Hosted by Forth One’s Boogie and Forth 2’s Arlene Stuar, it was the first fully listed official Edinburgh Festival event the station had organised.

The night featured music from the likes of the Soweto Gospel Choir and Sandi Thom, as well as comedy and cabaret.

The show will be broadcast on air on Forth One and Forth 2 on Sunday 17 August at 7pm as part of Forth’s Edinburgh Festival output for 2008.
