Bauer station Key 103 entertained the locals at Hattersley Shopping Precinct with a surprise visit from McFly, Alphabeat and Sandi Thom. The event was hosted by afternoon presenter Justin Moorhouse.
Justin, who also appeared in Phoenix Nights along side Peter Kay, grew up in Hattersley so was deemed a perfect host for the event. He entertained the crowd by chatting with the celebs and taking the mick out of McFly's Tom Fletcher for wearing a 'Christmas jumper'.
McFly's Danny Jones, who originally from Bolton, grew up listening to Key 103. After the band had performed three songs, he said: "Its great to be back up here doing a gig for Key 103, I always used to listen when I was younger."
