Trent FM is launching a new recruitment website, with owners Global Radio looking to roll out the job board function to other radio stations in the network shortly.
The job board website, which will be supported with an ongoing on-air campaign, is designed to offer an in-depth service for both recruiters and candidates and opens with over 600 live jobs, offering detailed profiles of potential employers and employees. Functions include extensive job searches, an email alert option for new posts, sharing posts via facebook and employer micro sites. The advanced search option generates a mini tracking system which ensures more relevant jobs are picked up for the user.
The site has been developed in a white label deal with online consultancy HotLizard, who have also been responsible for job boards such as telegraphjobs and FTBusiness.
