Red Dragon calm in crisis

The studios of Red Dragon had to be evacuated last night due to a security alert at the Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff Bay. The station immediately relocated to its emergency studios near by and continued broadcasting from there.

The Red Dragon Centre has since been reopened after it was revealed a suspicious package caused the incident, which has now been resolved without issue.

Red Dragon's Managing Director said: "It's a credit to our team, both on air and off, that we managed to maintain broadcasting. Despite having to evacuate the premises, we were back on air from our back up studios within an hour. As always at Red Dragon, the show must go on"
