UKRD has extended its offer of 2p per share for The Local Radio Company by a further two weeks, after receiving valid acceptances from only 23.27 per cent of shareholders.
As a result of the extra shares purchased for 2p each, UKRD now holds (or has agreed to hold) a 36.78 per cent of existing issued share capital of TLRC. The first closing date of the offer was 1pm yesterday (21st April).
