Heart signs Westfield for Drive

Westfield London is to become the new sponsor of Heart 106.2's drivetime show with Neil Bentley, starting this Monday, 3rd August.

The deal with Westfield London, the in-town shopping and leisure destination, has been brokered by Booth Lockett Makin. The activity will run for three months on the new Heart Drivetime, presented by Neil Bentley. Earlier this month, Heart 106.2 announced that Neil is taking over the Heart Drivetime show from Emma B who is moving to Ibiza with her family.
The package consists of sponsorship and online content, including three months homepage presence on Heart 106.2’s website promoting Westfield London’s two-hour free parking. It follows Westfield London’s promotion on Heart Breakfast with Jamie and Harriet earlier this year.
Neil Bentley has proved to be a highly popular presenter on Heart and currently hosts his own Saturday and Sunday afternoon shows on the Heart network. Neil has also presented the weekday mid-morning show when regular host Toby Anstis was away. HIs career in radio has spanned 17 years and during that time, he has interviewed some of the world’s biggest stars including Madonna, Lionel Richie and Lenny Kravitz.
Westfield London’s Head of Marketing Jill McArdle is happy with the deal: "We are very excited to work with Heart again. The promotion we did earlier in the year was very successful and Heart as a media partner has provided us with great added value."
