Andy Burrows is to take over the breakfast show from Adam Thomas on BBC Somerset next month.
Adam moves to drivetime programme with Elise Rayner, and will also present a new Sunday breakfast show.
Andy, who previously hosted the Peterborough breakfast show on BBC Cambridgeshire for four years, said he is looking forward to the move: "I'm honoured to have been chosen to present the breakfast show on BBC Somerset."
