Sportsmedia Broadcasting is planning its biggest ever World Cup campaign in the light of England’s recent qualification to the tournament finals in South Africa next year.

Jonny Gould, Chief Executive Officer of Sportsmedia said: “The World Cup has always proved to be one of the most popular sporting events in the calendar and the 2010 tournament will be no exception.

"Public interest will be massive as we get behind our team and we at Sportsmedia will ensure that England’s progress in the tournament is at the top of the sports agenda for the entire month of the competition."

The Sportsmedia Bulletin Network incorporates over 110 radio stations around the UK including the Gold Network and Jazz FM.

Greville Waterman, Managing Director of Sportsmedia, said: "We will be highlighting every aspect of the World Cup on our sports news bulletins over an intense 6 week period including Tournament previews, news updates, latest scores, match reports, daily wrap-ups, interviews with the main personalities as well as providing the latest betting odds."
