Scilly presenter gets TV spot

BBC2's An Island Parish is back on television this Monday at 7:30pm, and once again features the activities of Radio Scilly.

This time, afternoon presenter Steve Watt will be featured following news stories on the radio bike.

Steve is a 65 year old former Council Head of Tourism, I.T. and Sea Fisheries and one time local dustman. He appears in the Radio Times programme description with five other Radio Scilly regulars.

He hosts the 2 to 4pm show which he took over from his son James when he left the islands when his girlfriend went to study in Bristol.
