Over 30 stations have signed up for Devaweb’s daily Santa updates, which start next Tuesday and run through until Christmas Day.
It's the second year the company has offered the service to UK stations, which includes custom audio for each client.
Stations are able to "hook up" with the North Pole for a daily update to find out how Santa, the elves and reindeers are preparing for their big day. The audio will include stories about Christmas traditions, information on popular gifts, and some of Santa’s bad jokes.
Devaweb’s founder and creative director, Chris Stevens, told Radio Today: “This festive feature is a winner for everyone. It’s a revenue generator for the sales department, it’s a high quality on-air feature for programming, and it’s an appointment to listen for the audience.”
