New radio show for Scotland

A new morning show on BBC Radio Scotland will start in March next year, presented by Kaye Adams.

Call Kaye will be a mix of phone-in and key interviews with a range of people, and will replace the current 9am till 10am show Morning Extra.

Kaye said: "I love a blether – and I can't wait to be doing lots of that when I join BBC Radio Scotland next year."

Jeff Zycinski, Head of BBC Radio Scotland, added: "Kaye is a major nationwide talent to add to our team of presenters at BBC Radio Scotland. We're looking to refresh our schedule with various changes to our morning schedule from Spring 2010 and Kaye's arrival is a key part of that."
