GMG Radio's parent company GMG Plc has announced its chief financial officer Andrew Miller will take over as interim chief executive when Carolyn McCall leaves in July.
Miller was previously with Trader Media Group but joined GMG last year.
GMG, which in turn owns the Real Radio, Smooth Radio and Rock Radio stations across the UK, is in the process of appointing executive search consultants to find the next chief executive and will consider both internal and external candidates.
Mr Miller will take up the post on July 1st, when Ms McCall moves to become chief executive at EasyJet.
