No more Heart for Paul Hayes

Heart presenter Paul Hayes is moving to the United Arab Emirates to host drivetime on Dubai's Channel 4 FM from June.

He leaves Heart Sussex where he was also hosting the afternoon drive show. He previously hosted evenings on Heart London.

During his six and a half years on Heart, he's also hosted Club Classics on a network of 25 stations every Friday and Saturday night.

He says, “It’s been an absolute pleasure working for Heart during some very exciting times. I’m particularly proud to have been part of the team that first took the station to number one in London in 2005.

"There’s no question the brand will continue to thrive under Global, with some very talented people. However I’m very excited to be joining a really hot, well–established hit music station… in the sunshine!”

Chris Rose, Programme Controller, Channel 4 FM said, “He’s lovely”.
