Radio station supports Tories

An online radio station is openly supporting the Conservatives to win the General Election.

Breeze, free from strict Ofcom rules about impartiality, is taking a newspaper approach and broadcasting their support for one particular party.

Station Manager Matt Cadman told "With most mainstream media being held back by strict rules of what they can say through Ofcom, we are excited to be able to be similar to a newspaper in that we can fully support a political party that we wish to win the next election."

The station, which plays chilled out middle of the road music, also has a Conservatives banner across the top of its website.
