Mark Franklin has been appointed to the role of Group Programme Director at Town and County Broadcasting.
Mark, who lives in Cardiff, joins from Heart FM in Swindon and previously worked at Bridge FM, Swansea Sound, The Wave, Galaxy and Red Dragon.
Town and Country Broadcasting Managing Director Martin Mumford said; “Mark brings great talent and commercial experience to our company. We recently achieved our highest audience figures, and our investment in bringing Mark into the company is in line with our strategy to further develop our businesses in Wales by employing the best talent in the Industry.”
Mark said; “I’ve watched Town and Country Broadcasting grow from just a single station to the seven they own today and I’m impressed by the business model they use to deliver great local radio. I’m genuinely thrilled and excited to be returning to Wales to take up this new challenge and can’t wait to get started.
