London's biggest commercial radio station this quarter is Heart with almost 2.2million listeners – taking the title from Magic which now has just over 2m.
But if you calculate your success by share, Magic remains number one with Kiss in second place and Heart in third followed very closely by LBC and Capital FM.
The Heart team at Leicester Square have more reasons to celebrate too – with the latest figures signifying the highest ever reach for the station, giving them more listeners in London than Radio 2.
Downstairs at Capital FM Johnny and Lisa are once again London’s favourite commercial breakfast show, with 1.2million listeners. The station itself has added 17,000 listeners this quarter.

Down another floor in Leicester Square, Xfm, LBC, Gold and Classic have all increased audience in the last three months, something which makes Richard Park, Director of Broadcasting at Global Radio very happy: “I’m proud of the team who have turned in these amazing results. From the Hit Music mix to Classic FM’s more music policy, we seem to be in tune with the British public and it is no exaggeration to say that our brands are firmly in growth mode.”
Down the road at Bauer Media, Magic stays roughly the same but Kiss takes the second biggest share of the commercial radio audience and is not too far behind Capital FM with 1,848,000 listeners compared with Capital's 1,921,000.

We’ve also been rolling out more ways to listen to Kiss via mobile apps, Facebook and online, to capture Kiss consumers wherever they are.”
