Global Radio have appointed Paul Cooney as Managing Director for its Capital FM Scotland station.
He's been working as a consultant to the group and helped to launch the newly-rebranded station earlier this month.
Paul is a Sony Award winning broadcaster and radio executive with 30 years experience in the industry including MD positions at Clyde, Forth, West Sound and Radio Borders.
He'll lead team which includes Commercial Director, Pam Richardson.
