The Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards will be bigger this year, as the event will also incorporate the Radio Advertising Awards too.
It means a total of 28 categories will be available to enter by the closing date of March 11th 2011.
One of the new categories is the PPL Breakthrough UK Artist of the Year, which will recognise new acts coming on to the music scene.
Andrew Harrison, chief executive of RadioCentre said: “Bringing together the Radio Advertising Awards with the Arqiva Awards recognises the strong relationship between programming and advertising in bringing to market a commercially successful, top quality product.”
