Bauer network late show presenter Matt Spokes is joining Preston station 97.4 Rock FM has the new afternoon drivetime host from today.
It comes 18 months after he rejoined Bauer following a stint as a network presenter at Galaxy.
He’s previously worked at Emap/Bauer stations including Viking FM and Key 103, as well as Cardiff station Red Dragon (now Capital).
Rock FM Deputy Programme Director Jamie Wood said: “I’m delighted Matt is joining the team at Rock FM, he’ll be familiar to our listeners having been on the networked late show, and now great he’s joining us in Preston to take on drive; a great addition to our daytime line-up.”
Matt, who is married to Key 103 breakfast co-host Chelsea, told us: “I’m really excited to be joining Rock FM! Looking forward to the challenge and can’t wait to get started!”
