BBC Radio 1’s Dave Vitty is joining 5 live for the Kids Guide to the Olympics.
He’ll host two shows on Saturday 7th and 14th of July and attempt to answer all the questions kids have about the Olympic Games.
Dave, who is well-known as Comedy Dave on the Chris Moyles Show, will be joined by a number of special guests, including former athletes and Olympians to talk about their individual sports and to look at some of the greatest Olympic moments.
The Kids Guide to the Olympics will also hook-up with the presenters from the Blue Peter Big Olympic Tour, Helen Skelton and Barney Harwood, as they follow the torch around the UK.
Commenting on the programme Dave said: “I’m really chuffed and excited to be hosting 5 live’s Kids Guide to the Olympics. It might not be as big as the actual Olympics, but I reckon it’ll be a just as much fun, and easier to organise.”
The Kids Guide to the Olympics is on Radio 5 live from 11.00am on Saturday 7 and 14 July 2012.
