A team from Magic 105.4 took home the trophy from the 2012 Radio Academy Christmas Quiz, held in London last night.
The social event, which saw over 25 teams from radio stations and associated companies take part, included rounds on photos, music, guess the audio clips and even a “this year in radio”.
The evening was advertised as being hosted by Smooth Radio Pat Sharp but a last minute booking to be at the live television edition of TOWIE meant the Chair of the London branch of the Radio Academy Sandy Warr stepped in to be quizmaster.
After the team from Magic won first prize, “Quack Quack Boob” were second, followed by “This is Noble” in third, “Party without Mark” in fourth and “Lost Boy” in fifth place.
The next Radio Academy Christmas Quiz takes place in Glasgow this Thursday.
