All baby hits – All day – at Cambridge 105

Cambridge 105 is preparing to mark the birth of the new royal baby with a day of songs featuring the word ‘baby’ in the title.

The community radio station has asked listeners to suggest their favourite songs through its Facebook page and via email.

The station says presenter Matt Webb has been sifting through the selections, which will be broadcast once the official announcement of the birth has been made.

Amy Grant’s Baby Baby, 3 of a Kind’s Baby Cakes and The Beatles’ Baby It’s You are all expected to make an appearance.

Matt Webb said: “It’s been a massive task. Off the top of my head I could think of around 20 songs, but as always the listeners have come up with some fantastic ideas.”
