Gary Barlow to headline Clyde 1’s concert

Singer and songwriter Gary Barlow had joined the line-up for Clyde 1’s upcoming concert as the station celebrates 40 years on-air.

Clyde 1 LIVE takes place at the new venue, the SEE Hydro, on December 13th.

Other artists also confirmed for the night include The Saturdays, McFly, Union J, Rizzle Kicks, Little Mix, Naughty Boy, John Newman, Shane Filan, Tom Odell, Neon Jungle, The Vamps and George Bowie.

George Bowie, breakfast show host for 102.5 Clyde 1, said: “Britain has produced many pop superstars, but they don’t come much bigger than Gary Barlow.

“Thanks to his phenomenal talent, the man has achieved an extraordinary amount of success during his career and he’s going to bring an aura to this year’s Clyde 1 LIVE.

“The line-up is now complete and it is by far one of the most amazing I have ever had the privilege to be involved in. You can’t move for A-listers and anyone attending will be in for a real treat.”
