Heartland FM raises money for Red Group

Perthshire’s community radio station Heartland FM is broadcasting a special dance music special to raise money for the International campaign group (RED).

(RED) released their fundraiser album for 2013 and invited Heartland FM to take the challenge and host a dance music party on 97.5 & 106.6 FM across Perthshire and online, both to help promote the campaign but also to promote the fundraising album.

The (RED) dance special will be broadcast this Friday 6th December between midnight and 4am.

Bruce Patterson, Station Manager said “We are delighted to be bringing the (RED) dance party to Perthshire, in fact we are the first radio station to suggest an ‘on air party’ – and we hope Friday night helps (RED) raise money to achieve their goal.”
