Free Radio’s Goulding in new film short

Free Radio has played host to a short film called ‘The Call’, made to create awareness of Dementia.

Andy Goulding, host of the Free Radio mid-morning show across the West Midlands was invited to play the part of the presenter in the film, taking ‘the Call’ from a listener on-air from his studio at Free. For Andy, the cause was close to home in real life, as he lost his father to Dementia just months ago.

The film was made by new director, writer and filmmaker David Cooper.

This special project aimed to raise awareness and funds for the millions of people affected by Dementia worldwide, including their friends, family and carers. The film, backed by the Alzheimers’ Society was written using their actual words and experiences.
