The Pulse mid-morning show presenter Danny Mylo and former Viking FM breakfast co-host Rosie Madison are taking over breakfast on the UTV station.
They will replace Paul Foster and recently added Debbie Lindley from June 2nd, who will move to “elsewhere on the schedule”. The station is also moving from its 29-year old base at Pennine House in Forster Square Bradford to new studios later this year.
Danny Mylo said: “I can’t wait to get started with the new breakfast show – I know the area and the Pulse listenership inside out and feel that the blend of music and chat we’ve got lined up will go down really well with them. Bring it on!”
Tony McKenzie, Programme Controller at The Pulse told RadioToday: “It’s a really exciting time at the station, as we’ve just had a great set of RAJAR results for Q1, with our average hours increasing by a massive 43%, and we’re moving to brand new studios in the centre of Bradford. Putting in a dynamic new breakfast show feels like the right thing for the station to move forward and keep getting better.
“Paul Foster and Debbie Lindley have done a superb job on breakfast for the last couple years, they are great presenters in their own right and we will continue to utilise their individual skills elsewhere on the schedule.”
