First imaging event planned in Amsterdam

A two-day international event for imaging producers has been organised for September, taking place in Amsterdam.

The Imaging Days will see around twenty international professionals discussing all aspects of radio-imaging in their seminars at De Nieuwe Liefde in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Chris Hartgers and Niels Franken from Radio 538, Arjan van Lierop from Sky Radio and Guido Sprenger from Radio Veronica will oversee the sessions.

Station Director of Sky Radio, Uunco Cerfontaine is one of the confirmed speakers. He’s been changing the format change of the station recently and he’ll talk about this process and play examples of how Sky Radio imaging has evolved over the last 26 years. Giel Beelen from 3FM, NL and Jeroen ‘jingles’ van Inkel from Q Music talk about their radio programmes vs. imaging.

No news of any UK speakers so far but more will be announced over the coming weeks. The website for more information
