Former GMG creatives launch Tadah! Media

Former GMG Radio producers and creatives Paul Renhard, Dave Gilbank and Karl Svenson have teamed up with sales exec Rebecca Bonnel to launch a new radio creative company.

The team have all worked together at GMG Radio in recent years, but also have experience at other stations and agencies including Key 103, Metro, Pulse and ABC in Australia.

They have over 130 International advertising awards between them, and have worked with advertising brands such as Next, SEAT, the NHS, La Redoute, BMW, Admiral, Vauxhall and Bargain Booze.

Paul Renhard tells RadioToday Tadah! was specifically started to fill a void in UK commercial radio: “With the big radio groups centralising their commercial production facilities, there’s a gap in the market for great radio creative and fast turnaround times. Advances in technology enable us to write and produce commercials quicker than ever before, and yet centralisation means many clients are now having to wait longer for their finished commercials. It’s crazy!”

Dave Gilbank, a winner at the Aerial Awards in October 2013, adds: “Commercial production costs have dramatically risen in recent years, so we’ve gone back to a value-for-money approach. Our lower overheads and greater flexibility, mean that we can offer clients the creative, cost effective advertising they’re looking for.”
