Neil Fox remains off-air as Magic goes national on DAB

Presenter Neil Fox is expected to remain off-air at Magic Radio for the first quarter of 2015, as the station goes national on DAB.

The update comes as the breakfast show host was re-arrested this week on suspicion of a further three sexual assaults. He has been bailed until March next year.

He presented his last show on Magic in September just before he was arrested at One Golden Square.

On Monday, he told ITV News he was “obviously extremely upset about the allegations” and that he “strenuously denies the allegations”.

Bauer Media are unable to comment on any possible return to Magic for Neil, telling RadioToday: “We have no comment to make on what is a police matter.”

Nick Snaith is currently acting as interim Breakfast Show presenter.
