Most Haunted TV show for radio presenter

North West radio presenter Glen Hunt makes his national television debut this Thursday in the new series of Most Haunted.

Appearing in all 10 episodes as the programme’s sceptic, Glen told RadioToday: “It’s great to be part of the team with Yvette Fielding and Karl Beattie and I can say as a first hand witness, there is some genuinely weird stuff happening on all the locations yet, as the programme’s sceptic, I’m not there to be dismissive of any apparent paranormal activity, but instead, try to provide a rational explanation for what is genuinely happening around us.”

Glen was invited to join the show ahead of filming last November by producer Karl Beattie and husband of Yvette. Karl said: “I was always really impressed with the natural connection Yvette had with Glen when she was invited a number of times to fill in as co-host with him on Real Radio North West’s breakfast show.

“They bounced off each other really well and the audience reaction was always hugely positive.”

The new series starts on Thursday the 4th of June at 10pm on UKTV’s ‘Really’ channel (Freeview 17, Sky 155 & Virgin Media 267).

Glen is the breakfast show host at Tower FM and freelance presenter with BBC Radio Lancashire. He was previously with Real Radio North West, Rock FM and Radio City. He is also currently recording 10 further episodes.
