The new Radio Festival next month will include Chris Evans in conversation, along with representatives from Google and Spotify.
The event is taking place from September 27th to 29th in London, and will be the first non-radio specific Radio Festival and organised by the restructured Radio Academy.
Amy Kean, Head of Futures at Havas Media Labs will be on the schedule on why mobiles have to be part of the creative decision making process, whilst Will Page from Spotify and Peter Barron from Google will be talking about Google creativity and Google Culture.
The three day event, adopting a similar timetable to previous Radio Festivals, will start on Sunday 27th with a drinks reception at the British Library, followed by the John Peel Lecture. TechCon will take place on Monday and a full day of keynotes will take place on Tuesday, hosted by BBC presenter Paddy O’Connell. Tuesday also sees a drinks reception in the evening.
More details of all the events are expected to be announced in the next few days.
